Refund policy

At VYRA, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, returns and refunds may be offered in certain situations, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

We may offer a return and 100% refund in the following cases:

1. Quality Concerns

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, damage, or quality issue, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. Once the issue is reviewed and confirmed, we will initiate the return process and process a full refund.

2. Printing Issue

If there is a printing error or the product received does not match the design approved at the time of order, please notify us within 2 days of delivery. After verification of the issue, we will arrange the return and issue a full refund.

3. Significant Delivery Delay

If your order is delivered more than 15 days after the estimated delivery date provided at the time of purchase, and the delay is not due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, you may be eligible for a return and full refund.

Non-Eligible Cases

Returns and refunds will not be offered in the following situations:

1. Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or refunds if you simply change your mind after placing an order, or if the delivered product matches the specifications and details provided by you at the time of purchase.

2. Mistaken Orders

We do not accept returns or refunds for orders placed by mistake. Customers are requested to review their order details carefully before completing the purchase.

Return Process

If you would like to request a return and refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team within 2 days of receiving your order and provide your order number along with a clear description of the issue.

  2. Our team will review your request and guide you through the return procedure. If a return is approved, you will be provided with instructions for sending the item back.

  3. Once the returned item is received and the claim is verified, the refund will be processed within 15 business days through the original payment method used at checkout, where applicable.

Return Shipping

Unless otherwise agreed by VYRA, the customer may be responsible for the cost of returning the item.
